Zeno would have to erase multiple timelines to keep flowey from coming back, and Save and Reload can undo Soul destruction. Also Flowey has Danmaku, Zeno gets blasted with many projectiles way above baseline baseline in the few seconds it takes to erase.

The Anomaly has nothing to do with Frisk' immortality. It's only a thing due to their DT.

No, thst was because Flowey, like Frisk hsd DT. Flowey Gaining the souls msde his DT >> Frisk's, thus re-granting him the ability to Save and Load.

No, he doesn't. Literally any universes erased in the Tournament of Power would say otherwise. Literally the only thing that was stopping Zen'O from squishing within a moment was Goodbyes and the Zen'Os yelling "Ready and...... SQUISH!".
