As far has I'm aware, his tier 2 stuff comes from a statement that said that was able to reshape the world and time. His 2-C stuff I think also come from the interview, where the cretor stated that if the Dark Dragon was waked up by someone with no heart, he would end all life, even the life from our universe, making him able to affect 2 universes at least.

The ending just shows how he reshaped the world to be a better place, erasing evil and all that, and showing us how the protagonist are alive after that.

I'm not knowledgeable in how we rate stuff related to metafiction.

If this contradicts anything, then we may be talking about a false tier.

The ratings in general came from a blog from an external site that I don't even know if we threat them the same or If any of that contradicts anything.

His tier should be revised then.

Nah fine with his tier, but that reason can not be it.

Low 2 seems solid. But not solid tier 2 based off that. Quotes would be enough though ?
