Yveltal, Deoxys and Rayquaza Small Hax Upgrade

Making a separate thread for this.

Nothing big. Just Spatial Manipulation for Deoxys and Rayquaza and Portal Creation for Yveltal. Deoxys and Rayquaza both fire beams at the Tree of Life in SMD that are confirmed to have warped space around it to try and stop it's descent into the sun.

And Yveltal creates a portal to appear before the players .
