Depends on if this is white-haired Yusuke (Raizen controlled) or not. If it is, then Goku loses out on the experience and the gap in AP is closer. Otherwise, Goku has better techniques, better training, and better stats.

Goku knows martial arts while yusuke doesnt know any form of fighting just straight up street fighting maybe..? plus gokus been training since he was a child while yusukes was just recently a highschooler and has been fighting for a shorter amount of time.
