Well, I believe Violet is more skilled since she's been in army and gone through a war when she was a kid, her metal arms will definitely help her to block most of Yuno's attack and even able to overpowering Yuno since her lifting strength is higher than Yuno.

I believe Yuno will smart enough to notice she need to find the weak spot where Violet can't use her hands to block the attack but by the time she noticed it's gonna be too late since both bloodlusted and more likely to start a melee fight.

Violet should take this.

I'm not completely sure who has the skill advantage here, Yuno has an exceptional accuracy and has a lot of experiencie killing people, she's very smart too. However, I still think Violet should be able to take this, Yuno's AP does't seem to be enough to damage Violet, especially if she is able to block Yuno's attacks with her metal arms. Both are pretty skilled but Violet's higher durability and stamina (and Overall physical strenght) should be enough to take this fight.
