This really depends on Zoe's character. She has absolutely no defense againnst anything that isn't raw AP from Yukari, yet she could potentially incap her with sleep manip (and potentially other kind of hax, but I'm less sure).
At best I'd see it as Inconclusive if she were to use her best hax from the get go. Otherwise, Yukari would probably win.

She has "precog", so her going for the kill immadiately would make sense, but it depends on her character, again.

Zoe can also copy abilities that she sees, and considering she can see the lifr span of ther target...just going to put that out there.
