This depends on how plausible said win condition is.

An absolutely shit-tier psyker whose only power is sporadically opening very minor warp rifts of varying sizes without suffering critical existence failure would have a win condition against Zen'o, but it's such a bad one that's so unlikely to actually come up that it wouldn't prevent a match between the two from being a stomp.
