Those were used over 5 days, not all at once, and even if they were they wouldn't all hit the same point.

yes, he tanked the single explosions, not the combined total yield. if i punch you 100 times, you tanked a punch 100 times, not a punch 100 times stronger than normal

The bombs also exploded in different points of the town, most of them probably didn't even hit him.

best case scenario you can figure out what type of bomb they were and scale him to the yield of one, but that's gonna be like 8-C

Context is key. We can't say he tanked it at point blank. He's strong and have tough skin, but human nonetheless. Taking a nuke is something that Stark or Doom would do (or others who uses powered armor or possess an energy shield). Sheer heat and radiation is another factor.
He has enough common sense (and fighting sense) to take shelter or go underground to survive a nuclear onslaught. When things clear up the outside, one would go out and fight another day.
