Transformers has it's own version of cthulhu mythos. All of creation is Azathoth's dream. Unicron ate all of creation. Azathoth dies because his mind is eaten, therefore: Unicron > Azathoth.

GER > Azathoth because he'll revert azathoth back to sleep if azzy tries to awaken.

Saitama > Azzy because he is the one punch man.

Since Mew was both able to interact with Azathoth (Slapping him.) & awake him, Mew must be not part of the dream, for it is real.
Per the effect of Wake-Up Slap, Azathoth wakes up.
All of existence is a dream, & disappears when Azathoth awakes. Mew isn't part of the dream, so it doesn't disappear.
It was never stated Azathoth isn't part of the dream, so Azathoth self-deletes upon waking up.

That or Dream Eater until Mew eats Azathoth's subconscious & psyche, destroying the Elder God's mind from within, I guess, lol.
