A child finds out his friend is comatose, and so he goes around kidnapping children in exchange of restoring her. Eventually he's penetrated by an eldritch abomination, then is sent to hell. He's guided from hell to a safer place by a furry, and he can't help but keep being penetrated by a pedo. After becoming the pedo himself, the "child" then goes outside and still keeps wanting children.
