He should definitely be able to see Kurapika's chains, actually. Kurapika's chains aren't the same as things like Bungee G(BuNgEe GuM pOSeSes BOth THE prOPerTIes OF rUbBER aND gUm)um. Bungee Gum can only be seen when someone is using Gyo, but Kurapika's chains were constantly viewed by people who weren't using Gyo, Sasuke wouldn't need the Sharingan to see the chains, either. As for who I vote for, Sasuke due to the reasons Oblivion gave.
