Tbh I feel like even with Speed unequalized, Hughie could still win. A-Train's deteriorated health means that he cannot use his speed freely, specially in Season 3. So, unless he went all-out and tried to pull a Blue Hawk, Hughie should pull through in the end.

That or A-Train dies of a heart attack lol
