Victory Condition: Death

Light has heard of disappearances in Morioh, he then comes to the conclusion that there must be a murderer within Morioh, he then "takes a trip to Morioh", neither of them have any prior knowledge on each other, except Kira has realized that, after the death of criminals in Morioh, that Kira must be after him.

This is also not a face to face battle, think of it as the story of Death Note, with L trying to figure out "Kira" (Light) or the part of Diamond is Unbreakable with Josuke and co trying to find Kira. [1] vs [2]

This matchup, while fun to explore, is 100% inconclusive.

If Light finds out Kira's identity, he'll go home and write him up.

If Kira recognizes who Light is, he blows him up.

They're both too anonymous to find out who they are. There isn't a reasonable way to find out which character would kill the other first.
