No, because Yogiri can kill/negate conceptual abilities easily, and his ID is capable of killing UEG who in her fight against Toichiro ascended to endless planes of existence, each transcending the last. While Battler's 1-B is currently rated unknown and is nowhere near Yogiri's level.
