I dont see how Shinza being High 1-A is related to negating all immortalities. Ren Fuji was capable of doing so when he still was in pre-atziluth degree, aka 3-D

And BB is 3-D/4-D, 5-D for god tiers. Ragna can do it even on his 3-D state

Like I said before, negating immortality isnt inherently smurf related in nature, as it has no basis for being so. And none of the immortalities are Higher-D anymore, unless its a trait of the character itself
