Its not but its not something that comes out regularly, its a transformation that when used overexerts Truth and leaves him unable to help Wu Mian.

That's a key so no. It's 8-B to 8-B. Wu Mian just has Low 7-C with a transformation that's basically a suicide if he doesn't end up killing with it and it doesn't last long

his tier 6C is with his solar eclipse which he already has but just doesn't use because of CIS and if you push him hard enough he will resort to using it as last measure
