"An Uncontrollable Hazard" - Makima vs Wu Mian

Possibly a stomp on either side but I haven't thought this out so we just going with it.
 
That didn't actually kill either, that character has regen iirc mid or low mid.
 
Could just be bad wording, I haven't checked the raws for it in a while
 
What would be Makima's win con? It seems like Wu Mian has resistance to mind hax
 
She can just out last him till Truth can't sustain himself after over use of Paradox.
