Would Mind manip/illusions work on a physical being whose true form is a concept?

Pretty much the title.

Assume a character has a true form, and it's a type 2 concept. It makes an avatar to interact with reality. If that said Avatar fights a dude with Illusion/Mind shenanigans, will it work considering the dude's true form is a concept?

It would work on the Avatar if the Avatar has no resistances and isn't abstract or whatever, but not the True Form.

I believe it should, but not in a way it affect the true form

Edit: ninja'ed

I mean, the true form is directly controlling and is basically it's body when it does anything. Will it still work? Perhaps Avatar is the wrong word, it's moreso an incarnation/vesitage.

Basically, the concept is directly controlling and seeing everything with the physical form. It's the mind of the concept.

If they are an Abstract Type 2, then yes, the mind manip should still work.

Uh, the avatar/incarnation is type 2, I guess? It's true form (the concept) is type 1.
Then the incarnation would get mindhaxxed. If the true form can interact with stuff to get them out of it, that works.

I'm kinda confused. Like, the mind of the incarnation is the mind of the concept. The incarnation is literally the concept but in physical form so that it can interact with the world. Would it still be haxxed?

Type 2: Embodies an abstraction, and can be resurrected or regenerate indefinitely thanks to it. Destroying the abstraction is required to permanently kill those characters, but they can still be affected without directly altering it.

Because the full-on concept is not needed to be affected, yeah.

I believe the mind of the avatar which is a true form a concept could contest control off the body or avatar.

Case by case but tbh it should be able to drive them off as their avatars are simply created by their powers and they could easily manipulate the avatar(if their body is just part of their power of the true form like they created a mortal body purely of their own powers) or the body unless their body is not something they created but simply possessed or was created by a different person.(Aka using other body or object as medium to interact)
