Well, they're both pretty equal in strength, and speed is equalized, so that's not really a huge issue.

All Might has the range advantage, as he can fire off shockwaves from afar, but that's really it. His pseudo flight is completely outclassed by Wonder Woman's true flight.

Wonder Woman dominates in experience and CQC though. All Might's no slouch, and has a pretty impressive fighting style and has gone up against a lot of villains for many years, but Diana has been trained as a warrior by the Amazon's since she was a kid, and has outclassed Superman, who is stronger than her, through sheer skill. She too has gone up against an insane amount of villains with numerous different powers for many years.

All Might's 3 hour time limit (which is made worse if he goes all out) and his wound on his left flank don't help his chances, and if he gets caught by Diana's golden lasso, then it's game over.

being an Amazonian she was trained from birth to fight and likely has the experience advantage via being likely far older than All Might, while All Might isn't a bad fighter by any means but he mostly resorts to beating his opponents via overpowering them with pure strength, while Wonder woman, on the other hand, has fought some of DC greatest fighters and regularly deals with characters similar to All Might such as Superman and Doomsday. also, she has the mobility advantage via flight
