Wolverine's speed

Wasn't it originally agreed upon that Wolverine's speed was Hypersonic or Hypersonic+ due to being able to consistently keep up with Captain America?

Not to mention he was also able to keep up with Deadpool, Iron Fist, and Black Panther.

Supersonic+ is honestly too low of a speed category for him to be at.

Wolverine has demonstrated speed feats that are not even close to Supersonic+

From what i remember we agreed to use the handbooks because powerscaling is almost impossible in both marvel and dc (due to different writters etc), but i may be wrong.
