He is currently Street Level. Weapon XI (Original timeline Deadpool) is Wall Level for fighting Sabretooth who fights on par with Wolverine. Shouldn't he be Wall Level?

Good question. Presumably from being superior to Street level characters. However, if Wolverine is Wall level in durability for withstanding an explosion, it seems likely that he has similar attack potency and striking strength for fighting comparable opponents.

Well, you might be able to change him to 9-B, if you explain that he fought Sabretooth, who has comparable durability.
However, given that he fights with claws that largely negate durability, I suppose that this logic is not as airtight as usual, so maybe it is a bad idea.

Well, even though his claws negate durability, he stills able to parry and trade blows with him, so he should scale

I think Wall level is pretty reasonable since he is already Wall level in terms in durability.
