FOX's X-Men: 9-A+ Upgrades

Psylocke's energy weapons (sword and whip) for obvious reasons must be more powerful than her normal sword. Beast was able to survive the whip without being decapitated with minimal damage. Mystique using Psylocke's sword was able to cut Apocalypse's throat, who no-sold Quicksilver's hypersonic punches (9-A+). To summarize, the "At least 9-A+" scale would be the following:

Quicksilver < Apocalypse (physicals) < Psylocke's sword < Psylocke's energy weapons < Beast < Vuk < HotPF Jean Grey (physical AP)

Characters who would downscale from Beast to just 9-A+: Wolverine (Along with Sabretooth, Weapon XI, X-23, X-24, Pre-Retcon Mystique and Pre-Retcon Cyclops' Optic Blast), Psylocke, Post-Retcon Cyclops and Post-Retcon Magneto's Durability

They briefly "fought" during Days of Future Past and Wolverine withstood some blows from Beast. Considering that Beast is already higher on the scale I think it's fine if Wolverine just downscales to 9-A+

Btw, since Vuk and Jean are at the top of the scale, and the former one-shot Beast, is it fine if they're "At least 9-A+, likely higher"?
