Well, the problem is that the new handbook lists everybody from "800 pounds" to "Class 25" in the same tier. The Master Edition was more specific, with Enhanced Human (800 pounds to Class 2), Class 10 (Class 2 to Class 10), and Class 25 (Class 10 to Class 25).
In addition, Matthew and LordXcano will gradually rate the characters based on feats and consistent power-scaling instead of the handbooks.
