Wolfgang still? IDK who this person has with this "never get hit ability". Though that still sounds like Wolfgang's ability. As his desire is to never get touched by anyone, hence his speed is always adjusted to be higher than that of his opponents.

Yup, that's right. So long as it's active, and unless the opponent he fights happen to have either time stop or something that outright halts his movement all together (something that Saitama does not have here in this case), he's pretty much going to be blitzing Bald Hero to death.

That and having Low-Godly Regen and soul destroying attacks like his guns don't really help Saitama here doing anything at all. Sorry HIT IT, but i have to close this up man.
