I don't think so. They can both one shot each other, and start off relatively close.

Also, Loli's summons do have a bit of start time, so it's unlikely she'd be able to pull them off without a distraction or sufficient distance.

Lastly, she doesn't 100% start off with life absorption. There's a decent chance, but there have been numerous occasions where she's started off with something else.

I wasn't saying she should summon Shoggoth. I was just saying that she can. To disprove the fallacy of her none of her summons being combat applicable.

I mentioned something about that way back when I was first creating pages for the verse, including the page for the verse itself. But I don't think there's a good enough vantage point to calculate it. Though if you have a way to calculate it, please, feel free.
