But I'm going with Wiseman here for all rounds. His range is exponetially greater than wisemon's. He's universal+ range, and can erase spacetime across great distances, He can have images of himself and not even fight truly.

Well having more range does mean they will start from that range. Plus Wisemon can just see that coming due to precog and telport behind Wiseman and turn him into a sprite.

Actually, the maximum range that two fighters can start from is 4km away, so wiseman isn't starting on the other side of the universe or something

Gonna go with Wiseman due to having almost total control over space-time and being more versatile in the hax department. Also what's stopping Wiseman from teleporting to the other side of the universe and attack Wisemon from there @ Monarch

Because Wisemon would see that coming and promptly turn Wiseman into a sprite. He could also just reflect the attack back, mimic his powers, summon a monster, etc.

How does Wisemons Procognition work? Can he detect which Death Phantom is real when he's about duplicate himself? If he makes one false prediction, DP Proceeds to teleport away and does whatever he wants to Wisemon, brainwash him, dematerlized him to the point of nonexistent, drain his energy
