Voting Winter since glyphs are a great counter to the force in that it gives Winter great mobility as well and her summons are good distractions at least.
Winter's aura won't last due to the AP difference but Winter is 100% skilled enough to not get needlessly hurt (she never once got hit by Qrow, instead she got hits on him) and yeah base durability Winter demolishes.
Overall Winter's glyphs make up for a lot that the force does in general in canon.
