They should be similar in terms of power (revisions or not), but I an Umineko battle, I feel like Willard would fair better. Ep7 made me think he's much smarter than the Mary Sue detective (Mary Sue in the good way, cause that's her character role), so if they start throwing Truths at each other, I feel like Will would have the upper hand + his black katana is OP from what I remember.
