Will this make Peak Human faster?

I am uncertain. What do the rest of you think?

I don't think so. The top instantaneous speed doesn't really apply to any notable distance, at that point it's no different from using a reaction/combat speed, which there are higher of that we already decided against. At most the 12.5 m/s for his top 10m period would be usable imo.

The 12.42 m/s over a 20 m period is ~ 1.61 s. That's probably better to use than a single stride. As Blahblah said, a single stride is comparable to reaction/combat speed and no one wanted to use those numbers (Therefir said fastest football kick was 35.83 m/s and that's subsonic).

Okay. That makes sense. Is there anything left to do here?
