I was looking at the profile of The Human Race and realised that maybe it might need this changes:

1. The population needs to be raised from 7.7 billions to 8.2 billions.
2. Can't we divide the human race in three levels/keys, one with weapons, one with artillery/vehicles and one with the nuclear bombs? For example, 9-C with Guns; at least 9-B, up to low 7-B with artillery/ vehicles; at least 7-B with nuclear weapons.
3. Maybe, can we raise us from 7-B to 6-C, since all of the nuclear stockpile is at that level?
