Its this Feat invalidated by ´´evading punches´´?

based on this calc i once Made

basically, in Chapter 107 of Chainsaw Man, around the middle, this random devil hunter, Seigi Akoku, dodges an attack from Transformed Yuko (that big Devil) throwing her leg (looks like an tentacle) at him

i was told by CGM Drite77 that this feat may fall within Evading Punches, which would invalidate the Feat

but i would argue about it at some things

  • other devil hunters comes and jumps at Yuko (the one with the crossbow and the girl with a katana, you can see it in Chapter 107)

  • pages later, Yuko Gets mad, says ´´you just ganged up on me and bullied me, you´re bad guys too, aren´t you?´´ then proceeds to hit all of them with her multiple tentacles, Seigi loses his Eye, the guy with crossbow gets stabbed and dies, and the girl with Katana gets pushed behind a window

so from when the Feat happens, and when Yuko gets mad and blitzes all of them at once, its clear Yuko was heavily Holding Back when throwing the first hit at Seigi, if she wasn´t then Seigi would have been blitzed like he was later

so in the Feat, Seigi seems to be much faster than a HOLDING BACK Yuko, not faster than Yuko usually is

besides that, the Evading Punches section states ´´This should only be used when the character in question is greatly superior to the one who's attack he is evading and the speed of the attack is concretely stated, such as being able to surpass the speed of sound, or light, or uses a basis in the Real World such as the speed of an athlete's punch´´ look at when it says ´´or uses a basis in the real world such as the speed of an athletes punch´´

even Power and Long, 2 Fiends who as Fiend should be weaker than Devils like Yuko (and because the Chainsaw Man verse Page has Power smashing the sea cucumber Devil and Long Blocking bullets as the lowest AP and speed Feat of the verse that character scale to (as they are main calculations)) have Super Human Physical Characteristics in their Pages, this include speeds of 12.42 m/s or higher, with yuko being faster than Character with that in their profiles

when Yuko throws her tentacle at Seigi, you can see that the tentacle is kinda blurry because of how fast its going, for the attack to have any implication of being fast like this, it cannot be going at average human speed of 5 m/s, perhaps at lowball it could be assumed as athletic human attack (7.7 m/s) but as Yuko is already much faster than other Super Human Characters, a holding Back Yuko could still have assumed Super Human Speed in an attack

besides, even slowest Devils scale to Sub Sonic+ (Mach 0.83) from a feat of a fiend reacting and dodging a bullet, Slowest Character in Chainsaw Man are shown to be way faster than baseline Super Human Speed

Personally I think blitz it being used too lightly. She caught them all off guard when she got serious because it was a rapid shift in tempo. She went from being weak and easily dogged on to revealing her true strength because she no longer considered them innocent.

That said, I'm unsure I'd consider Seigi a blitz level above her, because every time she actually tried to defend herself or strike back, another Devil Hunter came in to interrupt her. If the disparity in speed was as large as your calc posited, she'd be completely unable to keep up or even begin to retaliate because she'd be over 10x slower. Marginally faster? Maybe. Blitz level? Doubtful.

i pointed out on Yuko holding back initially, she saying to not want to harm innocents ,to then call the devil hunters as Bullies, which she earlier on the chapter killing Asa´s bullies because of well, bullying Asa, she really hates them, and the guy with the crossbow was just straight up killed

making it more simple: Holding back Yuko < Seigi (normal/peak speed) < Normal speed Yuko

I get the scaling. I'm just saying I don't think the gap between holding back Yuko and Seigi is that large.
