I think this is good grounds for an "At least 2-A". I mean it overpowered a 2-A weapon with only a thought alone.

I think that such a claim would have to be considered as an outlier, much like Thor preventing 1/5th of the universe from being destroyed, and the Hulk having his power measured as infinite by the Beyonder.

With Thor that was not an outlier since Mjolnir can perform such feats, and Bannerless Hulk is time-to-time PIS machine.

Also, Post-Annihilation upgrade SS while drained and barely walking, was able to match Thanos' energies.
