Why isn't Gogeta 2-B?

It doesn't work like that once you hit tier 2. We've been over this multiple times.

Multipliers don't apply to Space Time Universal Destruction. If I blow up one universe space time continuum (Low 2-C) and then become 2× stronger I do not go to 2-C.

A Universe can expand to infinity so just becoming two or even 1000x stronger doesn't make you jump a tier. You need to prove they can destroy 1001 separate space time continuums for them to be upgraded.

Yes, the bridge between universes is not possible for us to properly quantify.

Even if it was, because how fiction works, I bet that would be reserved to a verse with a very specific cosmology for such thing.

Because multipliers don't make you jump tiers in tier 2.

The difference between a Low 2-C and a 2-C is unquantifiable, as the latter has to breach the distance between the universes. At best, you can say that Gogeta is immensely above baseline Low 2-C, but he is not 2-C let alone 2-B.
