Why is Red Lantern blood considered "Plasma Manipulation"?

The title says it all. Red Lantern blood is in a liquid state, as opposed to a plasma state---in-canon, it's been described as having properties similar to napalm and acid, but with supernatural potency. Given all that, why do we call it "Plasma Manipulation" on Atro's profile?

From the Plasma Manipulation page,

"Plasma Manipulation is the ability to manipulate plasma, a state of matter in which an ionized gas becomes highly conductive. Plasma makes up such things like lightning and stars and is widespread in space. It can be created by heating gases or subjecting them to powerful electromagnetic fields. In combat, it can be projected as blasts and beams of plasma, similarly to traditional uses of energy, and it can also be used to make forcefields and other objects. Due to its associations with electricity and heat, it is often used by those who can manipulate such things, and can be used to easily melt objects."

Red Lantern blood is certainly not a highly-conductive ionized gas, or it'd look and act a lot differently. I'm not one hundred percent sure which ability from our repertoire on-site would otherwise best fit the supernatural properties of the blood beyond the Blood Manipulation already on his profile, but yeah.

I have no idea why it's classified as plasma either. Its likened to napalm with magic properties like you said.

Yea on that page it's plasma in name only. Not in the state of matter sense that the ability page describes.
