Can Plasma phase through objects?

This is a pretty straight forward question, can super heated plasma as in a state of matter from nuclear fusion phase through physical objects without burning through them or does it work like any form of matter and can be physically interacted with objects?

Like a ghost? No. Plasma can cut through objects very easily. It can also change certain fundamental physical properties of material that it interacts with.
Plasma physics can be complicated and the results of interactions aren't exactly easy to predict, but there should be no such thing as plasma phasing through solid matter without any happening. Fiction, on the other hand...

Not to the same extent ghosts/spirits do, but they can often burn through objects or slip through like very narrow cracks and holes and stuff.
