Why is Piccolo 3A?

Piccolo has been 3A for a while now, which makes absolutely no sense. Isn't he 4B at best?

No. Because his training with Goha made him constantly fight 3-A characters [Like Frost and etc.] scaled from Goku, also:

No point in discussing it. I agree that's it's absurd that a day of training makes you go from 4-B to 3-A, but it's the authors fault not ours.
