Instead of a speed rating of infinite, just make it "Infinite when moving in erased time." Gold Experience Requiem is shown to still be limited to dimensionally-bound speeds (look at the scans, and if GER's speed were to be infinite, it would have done all of that in absolutely zero seconds). And since The World Over Heaven is depicted as superior to Gold Experience Requiem, it should have a similar rating, which Star Platinum Over Heaven should scale to.

You are infinite overall in speed either if you move in stopped time without being affected at all or erased one buddy, there is no such thing as "Infinite only in erased time" as you claim

But anyway this is a topic that needs to be talked with others given the new standards

I can't tell if this is a joke or not.

Time was erased, therefore it was doing it in "zero seconds". The only reason we can't tell from a glance is because representing that in a manga is not exactly easy. And what do you even mean? You have infinite speed for moving across an infinite distance in finite time, moving in a place without time or performing multiple actions in no time at all. GER fulfills one of those so he has Infinite speed outright, not all of them are necessary.

And? Literally no fictional character with insanely high speeds is consistently depicted as such outside of a battle or plot-important event. GER had no reason to move infinitely fast after Looping Diavolo since his job was mostly done. Nothing contradicts him being that fast when he doesn't do anything else back in the normal world.

We ganna ignore ger blitzed diavolo even after rtz activated? He wasnt even able to react to ger's spd even though he can casually react to attacks from stands that have mftl spd like sticky fingers
