Why does AP that has to do with creation scale to Durability?

For someone's AP to scale to durability, their AP must come from their physical strength or they need to be confirmed as having durability on par with their AP.

I think creation feats are actually not supposed to scale to durability automatically, but I guess not enough people are taking this into account when rating a character.

They usually are scaled to dura due to characters trading blows with other characters on their level. It is rather rare for such character to be glass cannons.

But as mentioned above that only apply to physical strength, not for creation.

Physical feats only mean that doing them automatically scales to their dura. Taking hits from people comparable to you will still scale your AP to your dura even if it's not a physical feat.

Saikou is right. Just for example, Dungeons and Dragons demon lords can survive each other's magic, which can reshape the spacetime of infinite realms, but they are physically 3-D beings.

I thought why it would scale to dura is because it requires the user to gather a large amount of energy to perform the feat,if dura wouldn't scale then the body wouldn't be able to withstand the amount of energy being gathered?

The problem is that what you're describing is a very specific way of using magical and/or non-physical attacks in fiction. Not all fiction do that or even imply that a lot of magic requires a lot of dura.
