Why doe Gogeta super saiyan 4 and super Gogeta gets downpayed

He's not scaled to Cell, he's scaled to GT Buu who destroyed a galaxy over time. Plus Multi-Solar System level is a MASSIVE tier, with the difference between the low and high ends being nearly 561,410,000x.

What a lot of people don't understand is that being stronger than a solar system buster doesn't make you multi-solar system level, there is massive space in between solar systems, to destroy multiple requires far more energy than just destroying one. This is why buu saga characters aren't multi-solar system level cause the gap in between destroying a single solar system and multiple, is 1.008 trillion times. In other words you have to be 1.008 trillion times stronger than a solar system buster to be multi-solar system level.
Only reason gt is multi-solar system level is cause they scale of anime buu destroying a galaxy over a period of time.
Also Omega destroying a universe was an over time thing, and not instant.

Depends on what version of dbs goku you are talking about, base goku and above are over sextillions of times above gogeta, ultra instinct goku is infinitely above gogeta.
Writers don't write their characters by fact checking how much more powerful a certain feat makes one character over the other, but we do and by our tiering system, this is what it is.

In GT they didn't destroy the universe mainly because Gogeta SSJ4 didn't find an opponent, just a shitty dragon.

Read our Attack Potency page, gogeta is multi-solar system level, dbs goku is universe level, look at the high to low end ration on the furthest right of the attack potency page.
The gap for multi-solar system level is 561.41 million times, in other words to be galaxy level you have to be 561.41 million times stronger than someone who is multi-solar system level.
The gap for galaxy level is 644 times, so you have to be 644 times stronger than a galaxy buster to be multi-galaxy level, then the gap for multi-galaxy level is 8.7x10^23 times, so you have to be 8.7x10^23 times stronger than a multi-galaxy buster to be universe level, and goku is above baseline universe level, you understand how ridiculously above gogeta goku is now?
