Why she equal 10-A just because she has combat skills, do you mean that people with knowledge of fighting skills are 10-A?

What is 10-A?

How strong is a 10-A person? What can they do? Why are they becoming 10-A?

10-A means physical power, not a knowledge of fighting skills.
