Why aren't most akatsuki members tier 6-C?

Hello everyone I simply wondered why most Akatsuki members weren't tier 6-C since some of them either captured jinchuurikis who went full bijû mode or bijûs in nature (such as Hidan and Kakuzu when they battled Yugito Nii turned into Matatabi. Or Deidara who one shot Isobu) or if we consider Kisame was feared because he has the same strength as a bijû and is treated as a "Tailed Beast without a Tail" + Power scaling (Itachi being stronger via powerscaling than Kisame or Sasori being superior to Deidara (based on the latter's admission). And I'm not talking about Pain.

Plus revisions are still going on for the characters statistics I believe.

Thanks for that reply. I wonder what will happen with revisions once they'll be done. The one who made this thread said some pretty interesting things. Like it's true Kakuzu's durability should be 6−C thanks to his defensive technique that hardens his body since he's undamaged after a direct hit. Characters like Deidara one shot a bijû with one single bomb so yeah I think some profiles definitely need to be updated.
