Why are they not calling Goku Massively FTL and Universal?

Let me explain. In Episode 12 of DB Super Goku was practically confirmed Universal as a Super Saiyan God. On the very 2nd Episode of DBZ, Raditz was confirmed FTL! Soooooooooo, judging by THAT alone. Base Form RoF Goku is So Beyond Light it's not even funny. Every Single DBZ Character that is Raditz or Beyond is FTL. So why is Goku being called Relativistic. Relativistic is a portion of Light Speed. That's downplay AF. Goku should be Ridiculously FTL. I feel like Goku was nerfed in this page.

Also if You're Saying Raditz is FTL based off the dub of what piccolo said, that was just a english dubbing error.
