Welt defeated Ryuusuke which pretty much disqualifies any form of qualitative superiority. Also, that novel thingy is pretty much talking about mathematical dimensions where you can easily comprehend it as flowery language; perhaps it'll be something valid on the old R>F system but now, something like that isn't valid for qualitative superiority.

Becuz Ryuusuke isn't ontologically superior to Welt as he was defeated by Singularity Rebuild which affects 11 dimensions with Gravity. Also Candy House which Ryuusuke used as his key is just a bubble world that can be attached at higher extra dimensions.

On the other hand, if Realm X is stated to be a higher-dimensional space and is described in ways analogous to a Reality-Fiction Transcendence, while otherwise behaving exactly as a higher-dimensional space would be expected to (E.g. The difference between it and the lower realms is demonstrated as a physical one), then it would be tiered as a quantitative superiority.
