Fight takes place at the midnight at the end of Halloween, at Camp Crystal Lake, but the entire lake has been frozen solid, even under the surface, as well as repurposed into a hockey arena -With goal nets at the furthest ends from each other- for the camp's purposes.
Casey Jones has prior knowledge & is bloodlusted.
