Who is the strongest 8-C?

8-C, the gatekeeper of Vs Battle Wiki. The first tier where Hax truly starts to get crazy. This is a contested match to say the least. One is the definitive strongest 8-C in equalized speed but is only Subsonic. The other is MFTL and has an Infinite Speed punch ghost thing. This is going to go poorly probably but that's fine because even if it is a stomp it will still prove whatever point I'm trying to make. Now then, will Matoi keep her title even in Unequalized Speed, or will DIO join his son in being the strongest character of a tier?

Plot: DIO gets nostolgic of being the strongest character in 8-B and decides to try and become one of the strongest characters in fiction once more.
