Great now we can't use a dc/Marvel character because Buuhan is there :/ (even though he won't be a factor considering how pretty much everyone else here is way above him)

Amazo kills Sep (Power absorption, is the damn Justice League).

Human Torch could beat Ultro (yes the adamantium one that fought Thor) by frying his internal circuits.

I can't find a non Marvel, DC, or Saint Seya to go against the rest that hasn't been chosen.

It's a little above baseline, being 22.4 Foe.
 
Well, he negs Supernova, so he'll definitely be majorly hindered.
