Not to be rude, but if a power relies on manipulating data and the main point of a character is them not having data then no.
And no, not all actions are data based, such as the player, aho is not data based, or every power that is not stated to be so or is logicaly turned into via verse equal.
Here its page directly tells you that it is data manipulation, and it tells you that the actual player is immune to the powers of white face
