Skyward Sword Link is the first and original Link (As far as we know, think it's implied there might've been another one before him but we never see or hear much about that)

yeah there's a short prequel manga in the hyrule historia that has a Link before the one in SS, although I don't remember our stance on whether or not it's canon

The true original Link is the one mentioned in Skyward Sword. There's an item that has a description mentioning how it was used by Hylia's chosen hero, revealed to be the first Link in the (dubiously canon) manga

As Link is a character who gets reincarnated over and over between games, they're all canon besides the Game and Watch, cartoon, and CDi versions

If you meant the first Link ever created, that was in the NES game, that'd be this one
