In terms of legendaries, Ghetsis has a major advantage since Black and White Kyurem are pretty much at the top of the Totem Pole in terms of legendaries. Not voting yet, but is this BW2 Ghetsis or Rainbow Rocket

Yeah. Giovanni's first move is going to probably not be Mewtwo, while Ghetsis has 7 Pokémon and starts with Kyurem. That's a nasty disadvantage I don't see him overcoming.

Anyway this is pretty much Mega Mewtwo vs Kyurem Black. I believe Mewtwo will come out on top via mindhax, and then can easily sweep the rest of Ghetsis' team by being 5-B.
