Which is better be Intangible or Non-Corporeal?

Non-Corporeals.
Even though neither can be touched by convential attacks, a NC being does not have a true body in the convential sense. Even if a character had an attack that could overcome intangibility, it would kill both, but since the NC character has no true body, it's not dead.

Well actually.... Non-Corporeal is a type of Intangiblility, so if excluding Enhanced/Selective Intangibility, then Non-Corporeality would be my best pick for which one would be better.
